March 14th - 14 Year Olds and Up – Jumps + Drops

Join us for a mountain biking clinic with the goal of increasing your skill and confidence
when hitting jumps and drops! This clinic will include a review of fundamental skills
including ready position, bike/body separation, wheel lifts and bunny hops. Our coaches
will then review the anatomy of a jump and jumping progression including absorption,
body position and timing, compression, spotting the lading and placement and
increasing the distance of the jump. NINJA Jump Ramps will be utilized in this clinic.
This is a great opportunity for families to attend a clinic together!

Groups will be capped at 12 riders. Clinics will run 9AM-3PM. Cost $150/person.
Bring your own lunch & snacks for a mid-day break.
